Wow guys I found the cure! i was in the same shoe as you guys for the past 3-4 years. Now after tons of trial and error and doctor visits i realised it.

If your reading this guys please don't worry no more because i know where the problem is located unless you have a bad tooth or digestive related then i can't help you.

The problem that was causing the bad smell for me was my TONSILS!!!! the sides of your mouth has tonsils that trap food especially milk that caused this foul odor that can make a whole room smell like awful and people would hold their noses.

Step 1:

Tons of videos and google information on how to get tonsil stones out so please do that. once you learn that and done it

Step 2:
Gargle with hydrogen peroxide 2% food grade that stuff will eat the bad bacteria and give you a fresh breath.

Your Done.
