hi thank you for your post. pls am taking prrobiootic now which contain zinc,do i need to take a saperate zinc,magnesium and other supplement.or could you please write down for me the brands that you used and all the supplement you used. and also how long does it took to clear away ,because i can't wait to have freash breath.
