there are actually 7 types of non-dairy milk including soya and almond and hazlenut and hemp so you are not restricted as many people are actually allergic to cow's milk.. not surprizing as its a different animal and it makes more sense to drink plant based foods. I went totally vegan and that helped me in so many ways. Eating PLAIN Yogurt and KEFIR ( both are available in vegan form without the cow or goat's milk are really helpful- but do some research on both- and fianally Aloe Vera drinking gel aids digestion greatly as well as containing probiotics ( I believe) so that may be worth looking into.
