Day 3 down. Down from 139.0 to 136.5. Total in last 3 days 144 lbs to 136.5lbs. I feel pretty good. More hunger than cravings but I know that will pass soon. My dry mouth is not bad either. Posting here helps to keep me going too. Thanks.
