Hi been there done that. Try again, one day at at time. What helps when I feel I need food I drink a quart or two of water and get away from food. I really just remove myself if possible until the feeling subsides. Gulp water, and get away from the kitchen. Watch a movie or call someone or go Internet shopping for all the clothes that you want to wear. You don't have to buy anything. Just make a plan for the times when you know you will want to falter. If you can make it one day, you can make it 10. The first day is always the hardest. I truly believe that if I can do this anyone can. You can. My best to you. And know that as I type this I am obsessing about food. I just know the joy I will feel tomorrow when I jump on the scale and it is down again. It will be worth it.
