Hi,

I am also preparing to begin a water-only fast on March 1. I intend to fast between 31 and 40 days.
I have fasted for durations of 3, 7, 9 and 11 days before and want to go on a long fast this time to reset my eating habits, for spiritual reasons and also to hopefully get rid of extra weight.

Male, 30, 170 cm (5ft7), 228 pounds

I work a desk job during the week so it will be interesting to see how I fare at work.
