Hi everyone!

Hope you're all doing well... I would love to join you all in this fast also... I will probably start Monday the 6th and aiming for 21-30 days... I am eating clean for the next few days in preparation...

I am 170lbs currently and ultimate goal of around 130lbs, I am 5.6 ft...

What type of water are you all drinking? I am in Ireland and unfortunately it is near impossible to get distilled water without purchasing a distiller from the UK...
