Yes... Just make sure your careful with your sweeteners even fruit when you break it.
It's a very slippery slope once your body gets a taste. You can opt for things like green juices, cucumber, tomato, lettuces, and other non hardcore sweet things so that you gradually introduce sugars slowly. And broths, they are fantastic!
