Hi, I have a very similar story to you. Very uncontrolled eating at times but it is usually just sweets. I find the one day at a time works best. I have stopped and started making it about 3 days over the last year maybe 15 times! Ugh. Just one thing, a stick of gum, a lick of yogurt, an egg white and I'm doomed. I must say it is easier not to have anything but water. When I did my 9 day last year I felt great, lost 17 lbs. My skin and eyes were so clear. I regret not going further. Btw, I am 46 have 3 kids and my weight is very much affected by hormone fluctuations. I am 5'1.5" and my most comfortable weight is 107lbs. I do like to exercise but do little when I fast.
