Hi I'm starting a bit late here in March. I did a 9 day the day after St. Patrick's Day last year and was successful so maybe I'll be successful again. Last year dropped 17 lbs. in 9 days. As of today I am 5'1.5" and 144lb. I am a bad with Sugar so getting over the first few days is hard for me although I am rarely truly hungry. The worst part of fasting for me is dry mouth and later on heartburn although drinking warm water helps. I'm going to need support after day 3. I break around then. Glad to join you all!
