Ok wait that is not right. Aquaphor cured a hand full of people. Besides Daniel Miller there are also i guess two threads about it on curezone. It depends on your condition. And no GIAB wont be most likely the best way to "cure" EC. It may work for you, but there is already a person who claims that GIAB didnt work for him.

Once again, different causes -> different cures (if its curable).

There are people who cured their condition with glutenfree diet etc., so there will never be a universal or "best and quickest cure".
