Try leaving your lips alone for a few days and when they grow thick dead skin, just apply aquaphor (or you can wet with water) to get the skin soft, then remove all the dead skin until your lips are raw. I don't know of any other way.

You can wait for me to get my lips 100% healed if you want before trying this method.
Do you want your lips to look "normal" even though they're not or would you rather be cured for ever?
I'm not saying you will definitely be cured but GIAB definitely has the potential to cure ec.
