Yes, Gloves in a bottle has worked the best. I have not tried many other things. I have tried leave alone method (quit after 5 days), constant moisture with aquaphor, and some creams the derm prescribed (all ineffective).
The method; raw lips, apply two coats of gloves in a bottle. Let it fully absorb the first coat before applying the second. Then go to sleep. See if you wake up with skin on the lip the next morning (it will feel very stiff). Try your best to not get your lips wet or overstretch.
Long term, I tried this method in this reverse order, i.e doing it when I woke up. But I guess it worked better at night since that is when the body heals itself?
