Apply once or twice before bed. (you don't need to reapply every day) Make sure you work it in with your finger until it becomes invisible. It will form an almost invisible barrier that will stay on for long. Maybe you can try keep it on for longer than a week and see what happens but your ec should be cured within a week. You'll know you're cured when your lips have deep vertical lines and the color is more natural. Just be careful not to take it off before 5 days.

Its all just gonna be trial and error people just putting out what works for them so I think il purchase both and see what happens I just can't cope with it anymore I can barely eat!

Daniel Miller tried many different methods and products. Not even he knows what exactly cured him. Maybe aquaphor did cure him. Who knows? As for other people I can't really say whether they're actually cured because I've seen their posts and they've never provided clear evidence with pictures and we haven't heard from them since.
Myself have used aquaphor for over a month every single day but saw no improvements whatsoever. It's a great way to manage this condition but I'm not convinced it's a cure most people.

I've tried many different products too in my 6 years that I had ec. GIAB gave me good results in just a few days. I also never said it's the only universal cure for ec.

I agree, people have different ec conditions and what works for one person won't work for another.
