Saltmilk enema quite difficult!

Oh, God, I don't know why, but I haven't been able to hold that milk and salt enema at all, and my system is hurting! I started with the 1 l salt water cleanse, tried to get everything out, and then did 1 liter salt-milk.. Couldn't hold the first half, not the second half of that let..

Decided maybe it was too cold, so did another litter salt milk after two hours, and I couldn't hold that one either!

I'm used to doing coffee enemas, bit this one... I thought that would be the easy one!
