Sorry for the late reply. Navigating on CZ can be tricky.

Tried every diet and have concluded it doesn't seem to effect this problem. However if you are having auto-immune disorder issues (inflammation, feeling ill) Elimination Diets are helpful until you gain the upper hand (clear lots of this stuff out).

The list of Rope repressive foods is in the first post above. Sour foods will help with comfort...Yogurt sweetened with Stevia has really helped.
