In my opinion, the Eucalyptus leaves/ Oil Enema and the baking soda enema are the easiest to hold...You just have to trust that after about 10 min. it will keep getting easier. It seems slowly your system absorbs most of the liquid. After 2 hours..Voila! It's pretty much gone. It's also really helpful (again my opinion) to position yourself after administering the liquid to help distribute the liquid up higher (for a short time) vs. staying on your side at the beginning, takes the pressure off etc..

BUT, I wouldn't discredit the milk & salt enema! The amount of Jelly stages that can be inside of you is staggering.
Even if you can only add one TBS of salt- just reducing the load is WORTH it.
