how on earth can any human being in fathom holding 32 oz of milk with 2 tblspn of salt for 1 hour...let alone 2 hours. Thats INSANE. i just did 10 minutes...only cause i did a back inversion at the same time...which got gravity on my side. JESUS CHRIST. any ideas or suggestions?
