could you tell me how you get dead water?

Hello, I am new here and found your post through betterhealthguy.com. I have been annoyed with rope worm symptom for many years. I found it when I did liver cleanse last June. I have been collecting information since then. I also read Dr Guverev's protocol and tried Eucalyptus enema one time and got tons of mucus coming out. I was scared and then I listened to Dr volinski's radio talk program. He said it is dangerous to do without professional's advise. So I stopped doing it. He mentioned about dead water to stop bleeding. As I am a non english speaking person I do not understand the meaning of dead water. Can you make it at home?
is it a type of distilled water.? As this post is written in 2013 I hope you will give me some advise to get rid of this stuff.
I have tried Kerri's CD protocol. It amazingly effective but I felt very depleted after 6 months. I have a hunch that there is something huge in my small intestine.
