Dear Uny,

Thanks so much for the love and affection you
send my way! I needed very much to hear your
kind words today. I feel a happy pulse whenever I see you've posted a new message.
Like the one above, your messages are always
worth reading. I've learned a lot of things
worth knowing from you.

I deplore confrontation, and try to avoid it.
I find the endless bickering on CZ to be
depressing. But I was drawn into the latest
of the turf-wars, and pretty much decided it
was time to move on.

However, after four stressful days, and much
thought, I decided to come back. I'm going to
continue to post my groups of affirmations,
an occasional Story With Meaning, and what I
call "nice-to-know" posts, such as Bee Pollen,
Aloe Vera, Rebounders, and many others which
now reside on my website/ archive. Those
kinds of posts can be genuinely helpful to
a variety of people.

I'm also going to avoid those people who
irritate me. I can't change others, and I
can't change the world; I can only change
myself. That's an essential part of my
spiritual quest.

However, for every bothersome poster, there
are dozens, like you, Uny, who have become
very good friends. Most of them are women.
I consider many of you my "emotionally adopted daughters:" I never had children of
my own, Uny, but if I'd had a daughter who'd turned out like you, I'd be deeply
delighted and very, very proud.

God willing, I'll see you around the CZ campus, as I like to call it. Thanks again
for all the warmth and TLC you send my way!
