EXCELLENT ADDITION! Re: The basic CURE for depression!

Good for you! We can NOT cure the dis-eased state of our planet/environment, but recognizing how drastically it can affect our health is IMPERATIVE to survival!!

Your insights are very important for those seeking victory over many different varieties of mental "illness" - thank you for taking the time to share your truths.

I'd be amiss if I didn't add, that many times the effects of this world DO create very real, physical changes in our bodies -- changes that do indeed, alter our body's chemical composition, hence expressing itself in various forms of disease (especially depression). Our brains simply cannot function properly without certain nutrients, and most of the those nutrients are void in our present diets (even if we're 'eating organic' and avoiding the typical baddies - like White Sugar , flour, salt and toxic fats/oils). For many to achieve a cure (and be restored to their true natural self & personality) it takes more than >>internal searching<< to accomplish the restoration. You didn't mention what (if anything) you did in regards to cleansing your body to remove the build-up of 'toxic sludge' that prevents good oxygen flow to the brain and throughout the body, or how you may/may not have changed your physical diet & lifestyle.

But even if you did nothing other than 'internal searching' and learning to recognize how our 'toxic environment' affects our body, mind and soul...you did GOOD!

As far as the sadness & Depression (and my ANGER!) at the state of humanity & the abuse of power, I have yet to find peace with that. At this writing, I have now have FOUR members of my family that have become addicted to benzodiazepine sedatives at the hands of their physicians (one is my precious mother, and her life/soul - and those of her grandchildren) have been permanently and severely damaged by unwitting doctors the greedy pharmaceutical companies that 'dupe them' into believing they're helping people. The chemtrails over my small farm in the sticks of Iows frequently poison my air & land, and the upcoming war in Iran carries the potential to ruin our economy & drastically increase inflation) which could in turn, negatively impact our small lapidary business to the point of ruin. Indeed, sometimes it's almost impossible to find/see anything to be joyous about! (big, fat, GRRRRRR)
