EFT sent 12:45pm pacific. Sedona Method is hypey and not as fast as EFT. If you put a lot into I'm sure you will get something out of it. To me EFT dissolves specific negative emotions faster than any other therapy I've tried. I also use Quantum Touch for long distance healing as it raises the vibration and healing energy of the person recieving it.
