I'm glad it brings you such comfort. My sis is right there with you. I can only say, I gave it my best shot years ago (I'm sure you can tell I'm not a half-hearted sort) and felt far worse at the end than better, so it's a fail for me. I kept on searching. It's been a very unusual journey, obviously.

But if it stops your pain and suffering until things get better, please hold on tight.
