Believe as you like. I'm not expecting folks to give up long held and desperately need beliefs because I say so. I'm basically giving people something to think about, with answers about why *I* don't believe the 'norm' of information here. I hold with surety what I've learned to be true.
That often is perceived as arrogance when it's such a touchy topic about those types of subjects and beliefs. But if I was vague, saying things like 'I think it help me and maybe you should try it too', it's hardly credible, from both my double masters and bachelor's perspective.
Imagine I said, 'well I think the sky is blue, and maybe you should believe it too' because obviously it is, and I'd sound like a moron. It's totally topic, and brainwashing. But hey, time will tell.
