Re: Calcium is an Antagonist to Cadmium

Yes many people have stopped calcium in all forms because they were told their blood calcium was too high. I know of people who are growing bone spurs on their spines and calcium deposits on their gums because their bodies are not using calcium correctly. I know that is scary because we don't know where all the different places are in our bodies where deposits are forming. What that tells us is that our body is trying to save itself by taking calcium from other parts of your body to balance out the acids. We don't want our bodies stealing calcium from our bones and teeth. We need to give our bodies what it needs.

My chiropractor has xrays of my spine/neck with bone spurs and another set of xrays after learning how to balance my pH, where it showed they disappeared. I was sort of wowed at that point. :)

You asked whether I used supplements or not. I don't now, but I need to explain myself when I explain my beginning. For I don't want anyone to call me a liar, only because they don't agree or misunderstand what I'm saying here.

I did use a powdered form of calcium to mix with a number of other ingredients in a drink. The reason I don't call it a supplement is because when the highly alkaline mineral is mixed with the acids and other food based minerals within the drink, it becomes complexed, much like you would find in any whole food. Only if you took that alkaline mineral by itself would I call it a supplement....but then again, I feel sure others will disagree with that statement, so that is why I'm explaining my thoughts about it.

I also used hot baths with Epsom Salts and hydrogen peroxide to soak in to sweat out toxins and absorb magnesium and sulfur...which are very important minerals for our health.

Using high nutrient foods like black strap molasses, kelp, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar are very helpful to add anyway you can. So is eating and juicing green leafy veggies. This is just some of the things I did in the beginning to cram my body with as much high nutrients as I could to counter what was lacking. After finding a balance in using that I started learning to eat foods that are balanced that would keep me healthier.

If I was to backslide or lose sight of my balance, I just go back to my baths and drink to help get me where I'm suppose to be.

I understand what you are saying about the great sleep with calcium. Most people think only magnesium is good for that. It's very relaxing to people who need it.
