Re: fasting next week

I'm still fasting as well! I'm on day 15, and I'm feeling kinda crappy today :/ I have a total all-gone empty feeling in my tummy (I've had it for several days now), which I've read on here will last throughout the fast. Ah, fasting is hard business at times! Other times, it's quite easy. I think I overdid it energetically and activity-wise yesterday, and I'm paying for it. I felt good emotionally and spiritually, as if totally untouchable by any possible negativity or external circumstance. Utterly transcendent and at peace! That was awesome, but I knew I needed to rest. Plus, I got a massage, which released all kinds of lymph and toxins into my bloodstream. Guess I'm processing loads of old crap today, literally!
