I feel less guilty now to not be such a purist and use oils. Lol.
I will try the suggested by you oils once I finish what I have.
It is true, some of the oils will get into the systemic circulation and will feed other organs beside the skin, but hey, we are not getting to let yourselves to be covered with blisters and cracks just to avoid that; digestion however will not occur... so we can assume it would have been the same if I ate or applied these oils pre-fast and they got stored, then they got in the blood while fasting ...
Arguably, we can say that minerals in the tap water are also feeding us, although I use distilled, but there is also the shower :) ...
I will also have foot soaking with Epsom, since I don't have tub, or I may spray it on me. I may resort to spraying some potassium bicarbonate/phosphate also on my skin, since last time I had to interrupt for unremitting painful muscle contraction. Obviously some mineral got low.
