I am not clear on whether it is a good idea to use essential oils on my skin while fasting. I use coconut oil/jojoba/argan on my skin anyway, fasting or not, since except for the humid summer, my skin is generally dry and would otherwise break.
I was thinking to continue putting few drops of sandal oil or myrrh or oregano oil, too. What are your thoughts?
I also dry brush my skin fasting or not, twice a week, and additionally give it a good wet rub with exfoliation once a week.
