Yep, refeeding is super critical. I am planning to take it majorly easy when I break the fast. A time of only coconut water, then introducing juices and broth, and then introducing blends fruits and veggies. Slow is key!
I broke a 30-day juice fast with whole fruits and steamed veggies, and that was too much for my system. I think sticking to cocowater, juices, broths, and blended fruits and veggies will be best for my system.
