Thanks, Archus. I will take a break from the B12 and D3. Today I naturally gravitated to pure water. I had no interest in adding lemon. What do you mean by partial food (lemon juice) and supplements trigger starvation mode? As opposed, to what state in a purely water-only fast?
Also, what's your opinion about chamomile lavender tea in the evening? Does that put the body in starvation mode or negatively interfere in any way?
