I am not fasting but you have my support. If you have any concerns just post it here, I will try my best to answer.

Are you a vegan, as your screen name suggests? A good thing that you have prepared for the fast. It will serve you well.

Like I say to everyone, drink warm water, it helps a lot with moving the mucus and overall well being during the fast.
