I'm so glad that people are banding together in this forum. I recently broke a 10 day WF, although I had planned to go longer due to being busy. I needed some extra energy. So now I am refeeding briefly to regain some strength and starting another extended fast.

This last one did not do what I wanted it to, but it did clear my skin, headaches, and cleaned me out.
