I would wait at least 2-3 weeks for eating beans. Try sprouting if they are "alive" (not factory pasteurized or irradiated),they'll be more digestible and nutritious that way.
First, the ear Sy and the racing heart, especially on effort, most often go with lower blood pressure, if your wasn't that low to start with before fast, now it could be still "normal" in terms of range, but not yet fine for your own system, so it definitely has to do with lower electrolytes and or fatigued heart, which both are normal during and post fast. In terms of electrolyte supps right now you have to follow your own body reaction - if you feel better and it doesn't give you ankle swelling for ex., then it can be useful.
One more reason motivating lifestyle change plus fasting, the heart will get stronger with time. Whereas drugs can weaken it.
Have you ever been told having a heart bruit? Anyway, Mitral leaflet "swing-back"give faint-Sy is very common, usually not-progressing, but often associated with connective tissue disorder, among which RA. That one is also correctable with healthy lifestyle.
There is nothing wrong in cleaning up the vaginal sludge under the shower, water will make that easier. Vag douches devices, though have pro and cons - cons mainly about introducing new bacteria from outside in, but, again clean water and clean douche tip/fingers should give no problems - after all vag examination also introduces speculum in the exact same route; although - it is sterile before use.
The dark stool band is most probably darkly colored food - ex blueberries. If you have no pain and it correlates with what you eat and clearly is not visible bright red (as from anal fissure) it is just a visual "effect", not to worry about. BTW irritated vulva or anal fissure are very well healed with some coconut oil overnight.
BTW for many ppl HR is high during and after fast, so do not worry so much.
