Post-fast

I have some questions regarding post-fast occurrences...

Today I went to the doctor (general practitioner) for a physical and they said that my heart rate was high. It was over 100 resting and usually it is in the 60s or 70s. They said it might be because of dehydration, but I am wondering how I can know whether I'm low on electrolytes?

In addition to this, I continue to periodically have the problem where my ears suddenly have pressure in them and my voice becomes muffled to me. I think that this tends to happen at the same time my heart rate increases. It has happened when I've taken a hot shower, when I walk outside in extreme heat, when I physically exert myself (even just being out and about doing things), when I am emotionally excited... And is often accompanied by the feeling of being out of breath or feeling faint.

Is it okay for me to take supplements of, say, magnesium, potassium, phosphate now? Maybe a multivitamin? Or is it not okay to do this just coming off the fast? Today was day 3 of refeeding.

Re: refeeding, so far I have been juicing every day organic fruit and veggie juices. Cucumber, carrot, apple, pear, kale, orange, beets (that didn't work out so well). I've also been eating some blueberries without juicing. Right now I am cooking a vegetable broth, but this is the first time I've done this for the refeeding. In that there are onions, leek, shallots, garlic, carrots, fresh rosemary, parsley. Then some organic black pepper, dried thyme, bay leaf and Sea Salt .

I'm planning to transition to raw fruits and raw and cooked veggies in two days. Is it okay to eat black beans then? Should I just soak them until soft and eat without cooking?

The other thing that was weird, beyond the normal weird you would expect, was getting a pap test today. The doctor, after prodding around for a while, said I had so much discharge in there that she could not find my cervix. She said she would have to clean it out first. But I was freaking out because it was *incredibly* painful, so she chose to stop. She took some to look at under a microscope and I believe didn't find any infection. I suggested it might be because of the fasting. I have not been experiencing any abnormal discharge outside my body, which means that it's all stuck up there. I thought perhaps this was one of the things I had read about where your body is getting ready to rid itself of some stuff, but ending the fast early prevents it from doing so. Can I expect this to come out anyway? Maybe on my next period? And could the ear thing be something similar?

Today I had the first bowel movement since starting the fast. It was small and had a dark vertical stripe down one side. Hopefully this was from the blueberries or beets or something.

So I just said a lot of things, some grosser than others - maybe the most important question to me being whether I can take supplements now, and wondering why my heart rate is so high. Any comments would be appreciate!
