Re: Water fasting for poss. rheumatoid arthritis

Yes, I've read some of his thoughts on the subject and have been considering what to do with my diet after the fast. I may just gradually re-introduce foods that may possibly be problematic to see if they cause any symptoms, since not everyone has a problem with dairy/eggs/meat, but some do. Or do you think it wouldn't be immediately obvious that these things were problematic, but would take a longer span of time?

Mostly, I just would like to have as few dietary restrictions as possible, so if I'm going to restrict something I want to make sure that it really is a problem for me. I'm knew at this, though (since it's never been a necessary thing for me to look at before), so I'm just approaching the process with my best guesses (after reading some info on it that is sometimes conflicting...)
