Re: Water fasting for poss. rheumatoid arthritis

Follow your inner guidance. This is the best i can say. Fasting is a personal matter and no one can tell you or force you to do something, unless you decide for it. When fasting, better not share with those who don't support. It is not late to continue. Raw okra may be too rough to re-feed on.
Med will taper some of the symptoms but will not make you healthy. Fasting will and it is the only cure in such cases. Meds will hinder but will not stop the illness from progressing slowly or more rapidly depending on how much your internal medium is irritated by toxins. If you decide for them and only them, the disease will evolve further on meds. To heal you need to stop the auto-immune process. I suggest your read and watch more. Like the video in my my mail, my friend. . I had already written in your thread that 25 days was a minimum in other RA sufferers.
If you need more supporter, post new thread every time, that way it is seen by most forum users.
Read about fasting, it is the only cure, meds are bitter candies that distract you from the reality.
Best luck and inspiration,
DL
