Re: Water fasting for poss. rheumatoid arthritis

What you are sharing sounds similar to my experience on an extended water fast. From about day 14 on I really didn't have enough energy to cope with life responsibilities, and I had no choice but to go full bed rest after day 20. Similar feelings of weakness and faintyness etc. Smart move asking your friend to drive you.

If you still must go to work, I would consider starting to refeed or best, transitioning to juicing soon. There are reports that juicing works wonderfully with RA, too, and if you need your strength back it might be a good way to go.

As for the massage, I think a massage per week is actually recommended if you can get it. You will feel woozy, though, and asking someone to drive you again will be a smart move (if driving is necessary).
