Re: Water fasting for poss. rheumatoid arthritis

I am sorry, but 12 days is too short for a serious affliction, to go away. Remember, swelling is somewhat structural right now and you can't expect it to disappear in 2 weeks, as you can't expect for example, a swollen bump anywhere disappear that fast. It will come, but you need patience and dedication.
Another question is: do you want fasting to work or you want to prove to yourself it doesn't work, so you go the easy route of pills and no diet restrictions. -- Which will make the evolution of your condition much like it is for the other members of your family with this illness.
I would recommend watching Dr Goldhamer's presentation on fasting before you decide your next course of action. Your body was intoxicated by random diet for years, 12 days are not a reasonable time to want it to go away. Also, as many know-ers and sources say, you may even expect worsening in the beginning or no change, if the body is working on the issues at these locations.

For each year of abuse, we pay at least with a day of fasting -- is it THAT much?
Best,
DL
