Re: Water fasting for poss. rheumatoid arthritis

Today is day 12 and I still have not seen much change in my hands. There has also still been pain present in my right foot these past two days that makes me walk kind of strangely. The swelling has not gone anymore. I am considering breaking the fast tomorrow since it doesn't really seem like it is helping. And I'm considering what kind of diet to adopt after the fast given that this hasn't seemed to have affected the symptoms much. I was planning on juicing for three days and then doing raw fruits and raw/some cooked vegetables, but I haven't really decided after that.

I will probably break the fast soon and try to be eating enough by my appointment on the 16th to where I can take medicine they prescribe. I don't want to, but I really need the swelling and pain to go away.
