Re: Just diagnosed with Hashimoto. Now what?

dr abraham is dead.

maybe i didnt make myself clear - this is a pre-existing condition that was brought to light (they call it "triggered by". even the medicos know better than to say Iodine causes hashimotos. hashimotos and most other thyroid problems are caused by lack of iodine.) by the introduction of badly needed Iodine that has been in life long deficiency. of course the body doesnt know how to react.

and dont talk to me about dosage. the quacks say over 2000mg of sodium a day orally is dangerous. then they turn around and inject 20,000mg of sodium directly into a persons veins in 24 hours and it cures their deficiency and dehydration so they can get well. they say 4700mg of potassium a day is sufficient and scare people so bad about potassium that they make it illegal to sell a potassium supplement more than 100mg causing all the makers to rate their pills at 99mg. how much do you suppose you really should have? they put potassium in the soil so the plants will grow and look pretty but never extra to be in the food. and iodine. oh my god. 150mcg???? its a sadistic joke.

dont talk to me about dosage of FOOD. this stuff is all simple nutrition that has been complicated and obscured by brainwashing and fear tactics and other lies, direct and implied. get off that train or wreck along with the rest of the passengers. THIS train at VWT is on a different track. its not for everyone. only a few seek the truth.
