Right, but I'm sure you get calcium from your diet. Do you know how much?

I've seen that the Iodine docs recommend 800-1200mg of magnesium, but I seriously doubt that little difference would result in this.

Everyone will attack me for saying this, but I would stop taking the iodine.

Does your doctor know you have been taking it?
