Re: Dom's Kefir Scam Warning

Please know that the majority of the expense of sending fresh grains from Australia is between $50 and $65 merely for the Express Shipping. The remainder is approx $20 $30 for the actual growing, packaging of the grains.

I have also been told that all people that have had disputes with Dom have had them rectified - that is either their original orders sent or their payments refunded.

I have had personal contact with Dom and know for a fact that the complaints came about when Dominic was ill and his partner took over from him. She struggled to figure out which orders were or weren't done and hence the complaints arose.

I also know from personal contact with them both, that any disputes that were officially made have since been resolved as I have previously mentioned.

Yes kefir does usually attract honest people and I truly believe that Dom and his partner are honest, but merely have mismanaged the way they things were done. Think of this - if they were TRULY dishonest in any way at all, why would they firstly reply to any unhappy customers to try and work things out or let alone provide full personal contact information freely at their site and via email.
