Same story with me. Paid him $65 for products in February 2011 and when I hadn't received them 5 weeks later I emailed him. He said he had been in hospital but would send soon.

It's now been nearly 3 months and he hasn't replied to my email asking for a refund. I am a single parent on a very low income so losing the $65 was really hard to take.

I thought he sounded like such an amazing person on his website and my first email few conversations with him were so wonderful. Now I am really disillusioned.

I ended up buying kefir and kombucha on eBay at half the price Dom charges and received it 2 days after buying it. Tweet
