Re: ??? Re: Dom's Kefir Scam Warning

Hi Grzbear,

I agree completely with your message and I did this. Instead of revolting against Dom for what has happened, I contacted him to let him know that as customers, we do care and that if he has something going on that we can assist him with then to please tell us what is going on, not continue to take money orders and not send the merchandise. I have been more than patient with this guy. It is now passed 7 months since I ordered from him. I have tried repeatedly to do the "Amish" thing and ask him to come clean, to help us help him but he only sends me staggered one sentence answers that tell me nothing. My gut tells me he is going through a rough time BUT I have reached out to him multiple times, and then I got real with him. Now, there is nothing. No order shows up, he takes the money and accepts more of it from unwary customers and continues not communicate. I can understand someone is in trouble BUT there is a fine line here. He tells us nothing and continues to take orders. He blocks customers e-mails and comes up with every excuse in the book when he does answer. I am disgusted with his actions. He has left many people hanging dry on this. There is helping someone and then there is having enough.
