Re: Dom's Kefir Scam Warning

Hi, I want to put up a word for Dom.

I emailed Dom on July 31 2011 and inquired about his grains. I was given all the information, and in addition he was very clear to tell me that I may have to wait for 4-6 weeks for the delivery.

I ordered grains from him and made the payment on August 23 2011. After I emailed him to confirm my payment I mentioned that I have health problems and can't wait to get started. He immediately replied to my email and offered to not cash my payment, in case I do not want to wait for several weeks for my shipment, which I found to be a highly moral gesture. I still decided to stick with my order from him.

Dom and his wife continuously kept me updated on the progress of the order (i.e. when I should expect the shipment).

Dom emailed me on September 16 to let me know that the shipment should be ready for posting within the next 5-7 days.

He then emailed me on September 23rd and said that the shipment was delayed by a few days but should be no longer than next Friday.

As I had been told, Dom emailed me on September 30, that next Friday, and told me that the shipment had been dispatched.

I received my Kefir grains intact on October 3!

In my experienced the entire transaction was handled with the highest professionalism, straightforwardness and thoughtfulness.

It doesn't make sense to run an internet business and all of a sudden begin to scam people. I have a gut feeling that something else was going on. I feel 100% satisfied with my experience ordering grains from him. I just set my 3rd batch!
