Re: 13 day waterfast!!

@scorpioeyes today is day 9!! I mean just like you I'm so happy to have made it past day 7:) I never thought I could waterfast this long! I think we are doing a good job! Bravo for us! I'm so cold all the time, yesterday I put on my winter rob and thick socks and a fleece blanket! If you saw me you would have thought here's was a winter storm outside! My mouth taste bad, I brush 2x a day, it helps a lil bit. My energy is high today I feel like I want to run a marathon. Again, I'm happy to be waterfasting this long, I've lost 14.4Ibs so far of my 9 day waterfast. I've decided to stick to my original goal of 13 days. Also I'm not having strong detox symptoms so I almost feel like 13 days is perfect:) my cousin is getting married next Sunday so my entire family will be there I'll be driving 7 hours to Maryland next Saturday so by me ending my fast this Saturday it will leave me enough time to break my fast correctly with juices and high water content foods. I obviously won't be at my goal this Saturday but I'm happy for where I am now. ( I really am)👏I will ease in with foods and eat right & maintain/lose for a bit and do another waterfast this fall in late October another 13 -14 days-) my goal is to be much lighter when I begin waterfast 2:) I will eat right and watch portions.
Some people waterfast and lose the entire weight at 1 time, some people take breaks and do multiple short waterfast-)

Anyway! I'm so happy that you have been the perfect support for me on here or we have been to each other, I look forward to the next 4 days. I almost feel sad to be ending😪
