I was also drinking 3 l or so a day in the first two weeks. It's a pity I can't do this anymore. My poor kidneys.

Cherie, I've been reading Haruki Murakami's "what I talk about when I talk about running". It's basically about accepting your psychological and physical nature as it is and doing only things that suit you without wasting time on trends. I just know that I can't be a vegan or even vegetarian and that I'm not an active person, I'll have to live with it somehow.
Glad you agree with this thought.

Scorpio, I guess they recommend those juices so that your stomach can ease into digesting food and not start with a neutralization reaction. But I'm also braindead, so don't listen to me.

Cool, who knew I'm so inspiring. This makes me happy. :)
Btw, my longest fast ever lasted 3 days. I have no idea how I'm even alive right now.

Day 21 starts in two hours. I've decided to go for 28 days. Wish me luck.
