Re: 13 day waterfast!!

Wow! Scorpioeyes! The craving the color red thing was pretty cool! I enjoyed reading it-) So today is day 2 already mid day! I had a BM on day 1 nothing today, I've heard of people fasting and having no BM's. So well see. I'm not dreaming about food yet, just thinking about it allot-) I think allot about diff ways to eat long term after this fast and I've decided I will do intertiment fasting! On my fasting days you can eat 500 cals for women ( only 2 days a week and 600 for men ( 2 days a week) the rest of the days during the week you eat 2000 cals or how many you want. With intertiment fasting I feel like I have more food choices. Fast days fruits and Greek yogurts and high 2000 cal day whole grain healthy carbs. So I have 12 more days to continue to think it through:)

Magnesiumoxide congrats on day 17!! Wow that's amazing! I'm not exercising yet, I do plan on beginning yoga tomorrow or day 4. Both of you guys are doing very well, I'm pretty behind only day 2 but I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm not doing enemas and I'm using aquafresh toothpaste ( I've read of faster not using toothpaste) I can't wait to have interesting stories myself -the beauty of waterfasting.loll!
I just finished watching this documentary on Netflix called " Spark: A Burning Man Story' it was empowering for me! People's passions and artistic side comes out for the burning man festival. I was in awe watching it.. A lil boho, a bit hippie but my kind of world-) I never knew those existed! Anyway, I try to lay in bed 2 hours before bed time and read my romance novel:)) it's calming at least now, I hope it will be the same further in the fast. Anyways, great job you guys! Tweet
