i dont meditate in the conventional sense that sit in a cross legged position and all that. what happens with me is that i will go for a walk or something and take a seat in a nice spot and before i know it I'm off in space and snap out of it like 20 minutes later...it can happen even if music or tv is on it doesn't matter; when i zone out i really zone out. i have tried conventional meditation but i cant force it. 21 and 28, that's a long time but should yield some great results. what is your reason for fasting?
