Yeah, I've heard that the bigger you are the more you lose. I feel huge at 182 pounds. My cloths don't fit it's bad. My natural weight usually at 155Ibs. I will take it one day at time. I will be happy once I'm at day 6. I've done many 3 day waterfast and quit on day 4;(! I won't exercise at all, just laying in bed, reading novels & watching TV. I really want to enjoy or at least try to enjoy the waterfast and stay on as long as I can. Yes, breaking the fast is the most crucial part. Depend on on how long I fast determines the amount of easing into food process.
